Meet Ozzy and David: Best Friends and Hobby Fans

Hi there and welcome to Hobby Tsunami!

This is a passion project (pipe dream?) started by Ozzy and David, two life-long best friends and hobby enthusiasts.

We enjoy many different hobbies, but some of our favorites are collecting trading cards, painting miniatures, playing board and video games, and building model kits.

If you can roll dice for it, paint it, tap it, or assemble it, we have tried it.

To that end, we are also professionals:

Between the two of us, we have almost 20 years of experience in business operations, marketing, and content creation.

This means we know how to find the things you're looking for, let you know about them, and help you find out about something new in a way that makes sense to you (except board game rules, no one gets it on the first try.

Why an Online Hobby Shop?

After many years of honing our professional skills and working on some side hustles, we decided to use our talents for our passion and start a hobby business with the goal of helping other people enjoy the hobbies they (and we) love.

An unfortunate truth about some hobbies these days is that they have become a market and sometimes it's difficult to get what you want/need for your collection.

We're here to change that, the goal of Hobby Tsunami is to cater to the individual collector.

What Makes Their Shop Special?

Like we said before, this is a place for YOU, the individual collector. We are happy to give advice about painting models, picking the right trading cards, or finding the perfect board game. Everyone should have a hobby that makes them happy and we are here to help!
